Geraldo even compares Paris' imprisonment to what what happened to French women who were Nazi collaborators in WWII. Notice how they don't mention that she violated her probation, which is the reason she was ordered to jail. When you violate your court ordered probation, you do the time you would've done if you hadn't gotten the probation deal. It's not just because she was caught driving drunk or while suspended. It's because she got caught doing the same thing she was on probation for. PERIOD.
